Are All Vegas Experience parties legal?
Absolutely. All Vegas Experience parties are legal. When you hold an All Vegas Experience event you and your guests do not play for real money. Instead, chips of various values are used. At most parties chips can be used for any of the games and at the end of the party may be exchanged for various prizes, raffle tickets, or other items that you or your organization decides to use. Another option is to play "just for fun." In these cases there are no prizes, just bragging rights.
How does an All Vegas Experience party work?
When you decide to have an All Vegas Experience casino party you are providing your guests with the best in Vegas style gaming entertainment. Of course, you're not using real money, but you are guaranteeing a night of fun and excitement that only Vegas can match.
When your guests arrive they are provided with chips that can be used at any of the game tables that you have selected. Some hosts provide their guests with "play money" to use to purchase the chips. You can decide how you want this to work. You do not need to have a lot of experience to enjoy an All Vegas Experience. For those who aren't experts at playing Vegas games, no worries. We'll help them get started and make sure that they are comfortable no matter what games they decide to play. Most functions provide a way for guests to purchase additional chips throughout the night. We'll work with you in advance of the party to ensure that everything works just right for your group.
If you are providing prizes, guests will trade their chips in at the end of the night. A common arrangement is to have players trade their chips for raffle tickets for a drawing at the end of the night. We will be happy to talk with you to help you decide what type of prize award system will work best for you.
What games do I need and how many?
Which games will work best for your event and how many tables you need depends on your guests. While many companies offer automatic calculators or rules of thumb to determine the number of games, we have found that it works best if we talk to you about the objectives of your party and the interests of your guests before deciding. Please give us a call or drop us an email and we will work with you to help you decide what is best for your event.
